Group show of video works by MART artists curated by Sarah Lundy opening Wednesday 12th September at TACTIC in Cork Ireland. TELEVISION: An Exhibition is based on Canadian theorist Marshall McLuhan's studies on media theory and its impact on society.

I recently participated in Dadang Christanto's performance SURVIVOR, at the Lismore Regional Gallery. In this incredibly thought provoking artwork, volunteer participants are covered in mud and stand in silence for 2hrs, each holding a photo of a survivor from a mudslide disaster which has engulfed 11 villages in Eart Java.

i was recently interviewed by NAVA (National Association for the Visual Arts) for their Who Got The Opportunity? spot on their website. The interview outlines a few of the opportunities i've encountered in the last 12 months - including an ArtStart grant, residencies at SVA and the Art Students League of NY plus paperJAM projects...

a version of my video work UnRavelling will be on display in an upcoming group show of work by SVA Summer Residency Alumni, curated by Keren Moscovitch and titled Global Positioning System (So You Say You Want A Revolution). The show opens July 28th at SVA's Westside Gallery (see map), NYC, and is on until August 18th.

i am running a series of public programs during my current exhibition UnRavelling at the Tweed River Art Gallery. All are welcome to join me in stitching a memory map on July 5th at 10:30am and also on August 5th at 1pm. i will also be doing an artist talk at 12pm on August 5th.

i invite you to the opening of my upcoming solo exhibition UnRavelling at the Tweed River Art Gallery in Murwillumbah, NSW on June 29th, 6pm. The exhibition runs until August 12th and showcases video & hand stitched works on paper, and documents my travels around NYC in 2011.

paperJAM will be at FIGMENT NYC this coming weekend, June 9-10 2012, on Governors Island with our project Touch (Off the Grid). we hope to see you there!

paperJAM have been super busy in New York recently, working on our solar powered touchlight project which we will be installing inside a treehouse at FIGMENT NYC 2012. we have launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to complete the project - we'd love your support!

paperJAM presented a live performance as part of our multimedia installation, Walking and Weaving 2012, for the recent opening of Knot Your Average Knit, at City Without Walls in Newark, NJ. it was a great night! visit the paperJAM website to see pictures from the event.

I'm heading back to NYC for a mulitimedia performance installation in an upcoming show in NJ with Hannah Lamar Simmons and to do new work for our collaborative effort, paperJAM. We are thrilled to be heading back to The Art Students League Vytlacil campus to work on a new touchlight project - stay tuned!
